Terms of Service
Welcome to WKforce! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WKforce platform operated by Tenyne Inc. By accessing or using WKforce, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Overview
WKforce is an execution platform that connects Founders and Builders ("Clients") with Human Specialists, Teams, AI Operators, and Hybrid Pods ("Workers") to complete defined jobs and milestones.
2. Account Registration
To use WKforce, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Platform Services
WKforce provides:
- Job matching between Clients and Workers
- Milestone-based project management
- Secure payment processing and escrow
- Communication and collaboration tools
- Quality assurance and dispute resolution
4. Payments & Fees
WKforce uses an escrow-based payment system. Clients fund milestones in advance, and payments are released to Workers upon successful completion and approval. WKforce charges a platform fee on completed transactions.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information and deliver quality work
- Communicate professionally and respond promptly
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activities
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for deliverables transfer to the Client unless otherwise agreed. Workers retain rights to their pre-existing materials and tools.
7. Limitation of Liability
WKforce facilitates connections between Clients and Workers but is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcomes of work performed. Users engage with each other at their own risk.
8. Termination
WKforce may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to completion of any outstanding obligations.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WKforce after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
